This feature works with our Zonal app to let you add extra shipping days to your standard delivery lead times. Whether a specific customization takes a bit longer to craft or a specific variant ships from a different warehouse, this feature ensures your customers always see accurate delivery expectations.

• Your store must be on the Premier or Ultimate plan.

• The Zonal app must be installed and configured to calculate your baseline delivery dates.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Depending on your store's needs, you can apply additional lead times to an entire option or narrow it down to specific option values.

Adding Lead Times to an Entire Option

1. Open the Blueprint app from your Shopify Admin.

2. Navigate to Templates.

3. Click on the relevant template to open the management screen.

4. Scroll to the Product Options section and click on an option name to open its management screen.

5. Scroll down through the right-hand options to Additional Delivery Time and toggle this setting on.

6. Enter your Minimum additional days and Maximum additional days.

7. Click Save.

Adding Lead Times to Specific Option Values

If you only need to add lead times for certain choices (like a custom engraving option that takes 3 extra days):

1. Open the Blueprint app from your Shopify Admin.

2. Navigate to Templates.

3. Click on the relevant template to open the management screen.

4. Scroll to the Product Options section and click on an option name to open its management screen.

5. Locate the specific option value you want to modify and expand Advanced Options.

6. Toggle Configure additional delivery time to the on position.

7. Enter your Minimum additional days and Maximum additional days.

8. Click Save.

Verification and Next Steps

To verify you have set this up correctly, view an order with a product that uses this configured template. The extra lead times you entered will be automatically added to the baseline delivery dates calculated by the Zonal app.
